Last Wednesday, the 8th of November 2023, Lucidya hosted Gamechangers 2023, its annual event, for the second time ever, showcasing its utmost commitment to its clients and the world of customer experience. There was an air of anticipation and excitement even before Gamechangers 2023 officially kicked off.
The event started off with a captivating keynote address by none other than Abdullah Asiri, our visionary CEO. Asiri took the audience on a journey through the ever-evolving landscape of customer experience trends, unraveling the intricate tapestry of Lucidya’s commitment to empower businesses in delivering extraordinary customer experiences. After showcasing the roadmap for 2024, Asiri announced the launch of the Lucidya Engagement Product, leaving the audience, clients and partners alike, awestruck.
Following this awe-inspiring start, the spotlight shifted to our brilliant CTO, Zuhair Khayyat. In a session that can only be described as a revelation, Khayyat unmasked the secrets behind Lucidya’s high-tech innovations. The audience was treated to insights into game-changing AI, next-level security measures, and extraordinary engineering solutions – all essential components in delivering a CX that goes beyond expectations.
Anas Hemaid, our CX Director, took the stage next, highlighting the strides made in prioritizing customers throughout the year. Hemaid emphasized that the victories of Lucidya’s clients are synonymous with the company’s own successes, setting the stage for a roadmap that promises to elevate customer experiences to new heights in the coming year.
The atmosphere at Gamechangers 2023 reached its pinnacle during the panel discussion featuring three CX leaders, moderated by Muhannad AlShaikh, our Chief Commercial Officer. Mohammed Aljedae, Abdulaziz Alosime, and Eyad Awad, thought leaders in the world of business and customer experience, collectively emphasized the pivotal role of placing customers at the center of any brand strategy. The discussion underscored how a customer-centric approach is not merely a strategy but a philosophy that enhances product and service delivery.
One of the greatest highlights at the event was the discussion led by Salah Khashoggi, the exceptional Founder of Tamra Capital. Khashoggi illuminated a case study, ‘Inspiration beyond CX: Changing the game in personal investment’ in which he discussed strategies that can improve personal investments, while showcasing the indispensable role that customer experience plays in this transformative journey. This amazing session was hosted by none other than Hatem Kameli the Co-founder of Lucidya and CEO of Resal.
The biggest crowd pleaser undoubtedly was the beautiful ending to the event, the Gamechangers 2023 Awards. Visionaries, innovators, and disruptors were recognized for their outstanding contributions to improving their customers’ experiences through the skilful use of Lucidya platform. The atmosphere was charged with celebration as each winner took the stage, marking a momentous occasion in their CX journeys.
As the awards ceremony concluded, the event seamlessly transitioned into a dinner session. Attendees were given the opportunity to network, share insights, and forge connections with like-minded individuals who shared a passion for pushing the boundaries of innovation.
Next to the dinner area, our amazing marketing team had arranged various product booths where both the customer experience team and the product team eagerly awaited to showcase each product to interested attendees, including the upcoming game changing new product.
