Our Services provide analytics that allow our customers to aggregate and analyze their Private Third Party Content in a completely automated approach that does not contain any human interactions. Our Authorized Users may consent Lucidya to manually access their private content to provide proper product support. Within the bounds of the applicable laws, we neither transfer the Private Third Party Content or our API access to third party entities nor attempt to gain unauthorized access to any information that is not within the scope of our authorized API access.
The Lucidya tool use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements with respect to any information received from Google APIs. Our Services also comply with the Twitter Developer Agreement and Policy for any information received from Twitter APIs, and with the Facebook Platform Terms for any information received from Facebook APIs.
